In addition to the automated reports sent out daily to users, agencies can query for more detailed program information via SMART^® Reports, within SMART^® View. Program reports include Violations, Rules, Notifications, Equipment, and Case Management. Reports may be generated in PDF or Excel format. Requests for new reports are provided to our Engineering Report staff (two engineers dedicated to creating reports and data downloads for our customers) who then create reports to the customer's spec and typically make them available through SMART^® Reports.
