Pro Tech's headquarters is a state of the art, 28,0000 square foot facility, located in Odessa Florida, that houses its Engineers, Research/Development Team, Surveillance Data Center, Monitoring Center, Production, Shipping/Receiving, Sales & Marketing and Executive Team.

As part of Pro Tech's commitment to remain the leader in the electronic industry, our Engineers constantly research new technology in an effort to develop new products and services to offer to current and prospective customers. And, our systems are built and enhanced from customer feedback. Every year, Pro Tech holds a Users' Summit that brings together managers, administrators and officers from varying agencies and states to exchange ideas, highlight best practices and learn from one another.

Pro Tech provides a unique account management customer support system. Satellite offices are located in 7 states in addition to headquarters to offer in-state assistance to multiple agencies. A nationwide, multi-layered Account Management team is assigned to every Pro Tech customer. Customers benefit from multiple account managers' experience and availability. Expert testimony is also provided.
